About Us Home About Us This website is managed by the Greater Zion Convention & Tourism Office, a department of Washington County (Utah), responsible for developing, maintaining, and promoting visitor-related endeavors in Washington County. We take great pride in Zion National Park. It gives us our name, draws visitors from near and far, and continues to play a major role in the development of the communities within Greater Zion. We strive to be good stewards of Zion by providing helpful resources for visitors (such as this website and our Visitor Center in St. George) and encouraging them to employ our Land of Forever principles to preserve the park and all our lands for future generations. Over the past decade, more than $30 million of tourism-generated funds have been invested in projects throughout the county.
