The home features a central great room with a spacious gourmet kitchen with granite counters and bar seating for 7, dining area with seating for 8, and a small living area with a large sectional sofa. Additionally there is a sunken living room with large picture windows and a sandstone fireplace adjacent to the master suite as well as another living area in the basement adjacent to bedroom 4.

Outside you will find a large grass yard accented with evergreen and seasonal flowering trees set against the backdrop of the amazing views of Zion National Park. The outdoor patio features a deep seating furniture set, hot tub, and BBQ area.

This home makes for a great option for families, couples, or just a great gathering spot for close friends. Guests are also permitted to use the adjacent facilities at the Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens including the pools and hot tubs, business center, complimentary coffee and tea, and daily hot breakfast.
